A till built for takeaways.
ServeMate's EPOS runs your counter, and shares one menu with your website, kiosk, phone and TV screens. £49 a month per shop, everything included.
In short
ServeMate is an EPOS (till) system for UK takeaways, such as fish and chip shops, pizza, kebab, Indian and Chinese takeaways. It costs £49 a month per shop with no VAT to add and no contract, runs on an Android tablet or a Windows device with a thermal receipt printer, and takes card payments through Dojo.
Quick at the counter. Even on a Friday.
- Sizes, extras and deals built in, so staff aren't hunting for buttons.
- Card payments through Dojo.
- Look up a customer's loyalty points by phone number at the counter.
Change it once. It changes everywhere.
- One menu shared by the till, website, kiosk, phone and TV screens.
- Change a price once and every screen updates.
- No retyping your menu into five different systems.
Every order. One queue.
- Till, website, kiosk, phone and delivery-app orders land in the same place.
- Clear tickets with items and extras.
- Bump an order when it's ready. Fewer paper tickets, fewer mistakes.
Hardware you probably have.
- An Android tablet or a Windows device for the till (not iPad).
- A thermal receipt printer: any Bluetooth one, or wired on Windows.
- A Dojo card machine. We'll introduce you to our Dojo account manager.
Built for every kind of takeaway.
ServeMate works the same way whatever you cook. Sizes, extras and deals are built into the menu, so you set it up your way once and it works on the till, website, kiosk, phone and TV screens.
