How much does ServeMate cost?
£49 a month per shop, including VAT. The kiosk add-on is £19 a month however many kiosk screens you use, and Sophie is 25p per minute only when she's on a call.
Can ServeMate take phone orders?
Yes. Staff can key phone orders on the till, and Sophie, the optional AI phone assistant, can answer calls and take the full order for 25p a minute while she's on a call.
Does Sophie handle allergies?
Yes. She takes extra care with allergies and reads every order back before it goes to the kitchen.
What hardware do I need?
An Android tablet or a Windows device, plus a thermal receipt printer. Any Bluetooth thermal printer works, or a wired one on Windows.
