In short
ServeMate is an EPOS system for UK fish and chip shops, built by a founder who has worked behind a chip shop counter since he was 12. Regular and large portions, sides like mushy peas and curry sauce, and family deals are set up once and work on the till, your own ordering website, kiosk, phone and TV menus. It costs £49 a month per shop including VAT, and Sophie, the optional AI phone assistant, is 25p a minute only while she's on a call.
Built for Friday teatime.
- Regular and large portions as sizes, mushy peas and curry sauce as extras, and family deals built in.
- Big buttons, quick orders, cash or card through Dojo.

- Sophie answers in a natural British voice, takes the full order and reads it back.
- She remembers your regulars and takes extra care with allergies.
- If a caller wants a person, she puts them through. 25p a minute, only while she's on a call.

- Fridge temps, cleaning and opening checks logged on a tablet, saved for when the inspector visits.
- Enter ingredient costs and portion sizes once, and see what every portion really makes you.
