Yes. Pizza sizes, extra toppings and meal deals are built into the menu, and deals apply automatically on the self-order kiosk.
How much does ServeMate cost?
£49 a month per shop, including VAT. The kiosk add-on is £19 a month however many kiosk screens you use, and Sophie is 25p per minute only when she's on a call.
Can ServeMate take phone orders?
Yes. Staff can key phone orders on the till, and Sophie, the optional AI phone assistant, can answer calls and take the full order for 25p a minute while she's on a call.
How does Sophie's pricing work?
25p per minute while she's on a call. No monthly fee. Most order calls take about 2 minutes.
Do you take commission on online orders?
No. 0% commission on orders through your own ServeMate ordering site.
Can I get Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats orders into ServeMate?
Yes, through our connected delivery partner for €35 a month with unlimited orders.
